Coir / Bristle Fibre
The stiff, relatively water-resistant coir fiber is derived from the fibrous outer shell of a coconut. The ability to resist salt water damage is a much needed benefit of the coir. The use of coir also known as bristle fiber is one of the thickest and strongest natural fibers. The two classifications of coconut fiber is based on its color.
Machine Twisted Fiber (FMT Fiber)
The use of Machine twisted fiber has increased drastically in the last decade and itsincorporation into the automobile sector is one of the main reasons for its demand. This natural coir fiber that is used to make machine twisted fiber, is most commonly used for carseats, rubberized coir mattresses, coir cushions, rubberized coir pads, as a filtering agent in the drainage industry and much more valuable uses. Mattress fiber, omat fiber, or Bristol fiber is usually twisted and combined to meet the specific requirements of the consumer. The coil shape helps with the spring effect to the fibers.
Coir Brushes and Tawashi
There is wide spectrum of sizes that the coir brushes and Tawashi brushes can be customized into. This depends on the country, shape, diameters and lengths of the brushes the customer is requesting for.
